Hosted by the AFSVC Community Center Program, this series comprises 16 virtual cooking sessions led by Luca Manfé, conducted via Zoom for the convenience of participants, allowing them to engage from the comfort of their own kitchens.

Class 12: Beef Short Ribs (Master Chef Finale) - August 23, 1800 CT or 4pm local
Class 13: Pork Tenderloin - August 24, 1700 CT or 3pm local

Class 14: Veal Scaloppini - September 6, 1800 CT or 4pm local
Class 15: Seafood Stew- September 7, 1700 CT or 3pm local

Class 16: Roasted Rack of Lamb - October 26, 1700 CT or 3pm local (last class)

How to Attend:
1. Visit forcesupport.awardsplatform.com.
2. Register for an account or sign in.
3. Select the "Enter" tab.
4. Click the "Start entry" button.
5. Choose the "What’s Cooking?— Master Chef" category.
6. Select your desired class.
7. Provide your Installation name and the number of attendees.
8. Click "Submit entry."
9. Receive a confirmation email once your submission is entered.

Installation Competition:
Join the excitement as Fairchild competes for a chance to host an exclusive in-person gala dinner prepared by Master Chef Luca Manfe, catering to 50 lucky individuals (25 participants and their guests). It's an opportunity for a once-in-a-lifetime culinary event, but victory awaits only if we emerge triumphant! Let's rally together and bring home the prize. Here's how it works:
* For every 10 participants from Fairchild, an additional ticket will be added to our drawing for the gala dinner.
* After the culmination of the final virtual class, Chef Luca will conduct a drawing to select the two fortunate installations.
* Ensure you and your friends log in and watch the classes to maximize our chances of winning this unforgettable experience.
