Air Force Art & Photo Contest 2025

Show off your creativity in the 2025 Air Force Art & Photo Contest and share your Winter Wonderland!

📅 Contest Dates: March 1, 2025 (12:00 PM CST) – April 30, 2025 (12:00 PM CST)

🎨 Theme: Winter Wonderland
Winter Wonderland means something different to everyone. Express your unique vision through art or photography and share it with the Air Force & Space Force community.

👥 Who Can Enter?
Authorized patrons of Air Force Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) programs with a DoD ID card and Fairchild AFB access.
Adults (18+)
Novice: Beginners or those with little experience
Accomplished: Advanced skills from education, experience, or professional practice
Youth Categories (Entries must be submitted by a legal parent/guardian)
Teen (13-17)
Pre-Teen (9-12)
Child (6-8)

🎭 Categories
2D Art – Drawing, painting, digital art, mixed media, and more.
3D Art – Sculpture, pottery, glasswork, jewelry, woodwork, fiber, textiles, and more.
Photography – Capturing a single image in-camera with minimal post-processing.

📩 How to Submit
Register and upload up to two original “Winter Wonderland” entries per category at forcesupport.awardsplatform.com. (Use a non-government email and check your confirmation email.)
Artwork and photos must be high-quality JPG/JPEG or PNG (300 dpi) with a title and caption.
Entries must be created between January 1 – April 30, 2025.

🏆 Prizes (Top 3 per Category)
🥇 1st Place: $500 Amazon Gift Card
🥈 2nd Place: $400 Amazon Gift Card
🥉 3rd Place: $300 Amazon Gift Card
(One prize per entrant. Winners will be notified via email by June 1 and must respond within 5 days.)

🖼 Judging Criteria
A panel of art experts selected by AFSVC will evaluate entries based on impact, creativity, and technical execution. Judges’ decisions are final.
