Bookmark Weaving Craft

Get crafty this winter with our FREE Bookmark Weaving activity—a cozy hands-on event supporting the Reading Reflections Winter Reading Challenge! Using a simple DIY loom and colorful yarn, participants will weave their own bookmark to take home. It’s fun, creative, and perfect for adding extra charm to your winter reading stack.

* Date: Saturday, January 10
* Time: 2–3 PM
* Location: Fairchild AFB Library
* Cost: FREE
* Who: Recommended for School Age Care children and older with base access. Younger children are welcome with parent assistance.

What to Expect
We’ll provide everything you need: yarn, looms, needles, and guidance. Kids and parents can work together to weave colorful patterns—no prior crafting experience required! The project is simple enough for beginners but engaging enough for older kids and adults alike.
