Intramural Sports Program
Fitness & Sports Center
The Intramural Sports program is Category A and promotes organized sports and esprit de corps. The intramural program is recreational in nature. The installation commander determines participation which may include Regular Air Force and Air Reserve Components assigned to installation units. Active duty military personnel always have first priority in intramural sports participation. Other categories of customers may participate in the intramural program if their participation is needed to offer a particular program.

Commit to be Fit Challenge
Collect Commander’s Trophy Points for your Squadron just by going out on your own or in a group of your making and playing the sports/games of your choice (everyone gets credit for playing and the winner receives extra points) Send your name, squadron, details about your activity, and the final score to the Fitness Center email at C2bFairchild@gmail.com. Feel free to stop by or contact the Fitness Center at 247.2792 to schedule your FREE activity and FREE equipment checkouts, Such as Disc Golf at Miller Park, Kickball, Ultimate Frisbee, or Pickleball. Trainer Bradley is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Correctional Exercise Specialist, USATF Safe Sport Coach and certified Barbell Rehab Method (BRM) trainer specializing in functional, mobility-based training who specializes in correcting muscle imbalances for chronic pain. Trainer Bradley is ready to work with you to help you reach your peak athletic performance.

Miss Amber
Miss Amber has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in dance and a yoga certification. She has a diverse teaching, choreographing, and performing background and maintains her continuing education in dance through conference participation and showing creative work. She is excited to share her knowledge and joy of dance with students of all ages at Fairchild AFB.

Massage Therapy
You can now get a massage at the Fitness Center on base! Ages 18+ can relax with massage expert Cheryl Lay, a retired FAFB veteran focused on improving health and well-being. Special packages are available, including relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue massages, plus focused area and prenatal options. Add-ons like aromatherapy, cupping, and hot stones are also available. Book your appointment today!
Dance at Fairchild Fitness Center
$55 per month / $20 individual session
Ballet (ages 7 and up)
This class teaches the most important elements of balletic body placement, turnout, and foot usage and focuses on building coordination, musicality, and confidence. It includes a barre, center, and across-the-floor exercises and also introduces and/or reviews the essential technical elements of jumps, leaps, and turns.
Creative Movement (ages 3-4)
This class is for children ages 3-4 and promotes motor and listening skills, musicality, and creativity and introduces the art of dance. Dancers will develop confidence, improve focus and concentration, and develop crucial social skills. The class includes a warmup, stretching, across-the-floor, and structured play to teach ballet movements appropriate for cognitive and motor development.
Dance With Me (ages 18-33 months)
The Jazz/Contemporary dance styles showcase dynamic yet polished movements that include body isolations, floor work, and sharp, fast technical elements while focusing on expressive movement quality. This class will blend these complementary styles through warm-up and center exercises and across-the-floor movements to enhance flexibility, mobility, and personal expression.
Intro to Ballet (ages 5-6)
This class is for children ages 5-6. It will balance creative movement and the basics of classical ballet technique while emphasizing cognitive and motor development appropriate for this age group. The class will focus on learning proper body alignment and building safe habits for future work. Dancers will explore musicality and basic technique and develop self-confidence through barre, center, and across-the-floor exercises.
