Holiday Tree Lighting

The holiday season is almost here, and Fairchild is getting ready to kick it off with a special event featuring the lighting of the big tree outside the Chapel. Here are the event details:

• Event: Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony
• Date: December 1
• Time: Starting at 4pm (estimated end time is 6pm)
• Location: Outside the Chapel at Fairchild AFB
• Cost: FREE - Just show up!
• Highlights:
  • Welcoming ceremony and Wing Commander remarks
  • Flip the switch to light the tree
  • Guest appearance from Santa Claus himself
  • Cookies and hot chocolate
  • More fun inside the Chapel along with holiday music
