Casualty / Survivor Benefit Program (SBP)
Compassionate Care for Our Heroes and Their Loved Ones
Our Casualty/Survivor Benefit Program (SBP) is built on the principles of prompt, accurate reporting, dignified and empathetic notification, and the efficient, thorough, and compassionate support we provide to the next of kin and those designated to receive benefits and entitlements.
We understand the profound loss that comes with the sacrifice of our heroes. Our program is here to offer sympathetic care and assistance in times of need. We provide support in various forms, including Survivor Benefits (W4P and Direct Deposit), Dependent Indemnity Compensation, Arrears of Pay, assistance with Burial and headstones, and the Presidential Memorial Certificate.
Our commitment is not just to fulfill obligations but to extend our heartfelt sympathy and support to the families of those who have served our nation. You are not alone in your journey, and we are here to walk beside you with understanding and care.
